To the stars, Bowen

Finished character portrait for Tafe. For this brief we had to do an A3 sized portrait of a celebrity. And me being me I chose Dennis Quaid!

I was originally going to have a flat solid colour for the background... that was until I went crazy with colours and decided to have it as a dusky night sky.

I wanted to do Dennis when he was in character as Bowen from DragonHeart with Draco's spirit in the sky and the dragon constellation.

Mmmmm not much more to say about this. The time slipped my mind after it went past 10 hours haha. And the medium that I used was Chalk Pastel... and sorry about the qaulity the photo came out rather blurry up the top ><
